Hi, my name is Pam Wolinski and I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2012. After years in the medical imaging field, I realized I wanted a more "hands on" apprroach to caring for people. I have a variety of relaxation as well as pain relief techniques to customize your massage and help you get the relief you need. I can address the specific issues of my clients and provide a comfortable space to relax and heal. I approach the body as a whole to increase the range of motion, lengthen and strengthen muscles and eliminate "knots" in an effort to provide long term relief. I specialize on neck, shoulder and low back chronic issues. I will incorporate Swedish massage, deep tissue and trigger point therapies to provide you with the best massage possible.
